How SAH could fit your organization.
We already offer health coaching or healthcare navigation. Why consider SAH?
Your existing services may already provide reflective coaching and personal support. We start by understanding what employees can access today and where, if anywhere, they still feel stuck.
SAH offers a focused invitation to explore a health question before a person knows which goal or service they want. The conversation can also extend beyond healthcare to personal priorities and everyday life. Whether that adds value depends on your employees’ needs and existing benefits.
Do employees need a health goal before starting?
No. “Should I?” or “I don’t know what to do next” is enough to begin. Employees can explore their initial concern and change direction as they understand more about what matters to them.
Is this only about healthcare or insurance decisions?
No. Health questions can involve daily routines, caregiving, work, relationships and personal priorities as well as healthcare. A next step may involve a conversation, new information or a change in everyday life.
Who are the offerings for?
Organizations seeking support for employees across genders who have questions about health and their next steps. Individual coaching offers personal exploration; groups bring people together around shared questions or transitions; courses and webinars teach concepts and tools; resources support continued reflection. We’ll discuss the appropriate audience for each engagement.
Is Health Navigator Coaching medical advice?
No. It supports reflection and client-directed decisions. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or replace qualified healthcare professionals.
What evidence can we review?
Our group program evaluation describes participant-reported experiences and intentions. Contact us to discuss the evidence relevant to your organization’s needs.
Read the evaluation detailsHow are pricing and delivery arranged?
Contact us to discuss your audience, priorities and existing support. Scope, delivery, resource access and pricing are agreed before an engagement begins.
Discuss your employees’ needsWhat do you measure?
Our current group-program evidence includes participant-reported experiences and intentions from a check-out survey. We discuss appropriate evaluation questions and measures with each organization. Those survey findings do not establish clinical improvement, cost savings or outcomes of every SAH offering.
